Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes package tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium boots, loafers, sneakers, and other footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sandals that have been worn or tried on without protective footwear coverings.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt

Our Hassle-Free Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and size
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  • Confirmation that the item meets return conditions

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email notification upon completion.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Information

To exchange an item for a different size or style:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return

Note: If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
  • The return process may take longer due to international shipping times
