At Shoe for Everyday, we stand behind the quality of our premium footwear just as we stand behind our commitment to your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our boots, loafers, sneakers, or other footwear, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receipt.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sandals that have been worn or tried on without protective footwear coverings. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
Our Hassle-Free Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange
To begin your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email notification once this is complete.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or style:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days
Note: If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please be aware that:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
- The return process may take longer due to international shipping times
