My husband is on his feet all day and swears by these shoes

Great shoe for food industry. After wearing out my first pair, I tried a different work shoe. Couldn’t wait until I wore those out. I had to order the dr scholls again. Highly recommend.

I’ve just purchased my 3rd pair of the same shoe. Most shoes I purchase for food service last a few months but these easily last for a year and beyond. Slip resistant on most floors. Clean up is a breeze. My only complaint, the soles after some heavy wear tend to separate from the shoe. A little shoe glue, super or gorilla glue will fix that…no sweat! I wouldn’t purchase any other shoe for food service.

As good as the first pair. Great for restaurant and bar employees.

These are my favorite work/going out shoes. My office is too formal for sneakers, so these shoes are perfect there and are dressy enough for social situations as well, without looking like steel-toe boots. The textured leather hides scuffs and needs less TLC than smooth leather shoes, which is great since the last thing I want to do is baby my shoes. Dr. Scholl’s used to make this shoe with a different, stickier rubber sole, and the same exact leather top, but I like this version better, since its slightly harder rubber sole does not squeak on linoleum and hardwood floors. I went through two pairs of the older version in about 6~8 years of Mon-Fri use at work, plus going out at night, to movies, etc, so I can vouch for how long they last. If you want to live with just two pairs of shoes, all you need are these and a pair of sneakers. I never had work shoes that lasted as long and were still comfortable after years of daily use. I am an IT guy and do a lot of walking at work, and these are the most comfortable work shoes I’ve ever had. Because they are loafers, they are easy on and off, which is great for travel, when your feet swell in the plane, or when you are reclining at the movie theater. No more lace ups for me! Finally, because I’m in these shoes most of the time I go out the door, and they last for years, they are a bargain at $60 (June 2019). I bought two pairs this time, just in case I can’t find them again in a few years.
TL;DR: Comfortable, good looking, real leather, low-maintenance, dressy shoes that last for years, for $60. Get them.

This shoe is excellent compared to it?s cheaper version, it?s like chalk and cheese. My foot don?t squeeze and i don?t feel pain at the end of the day. The extra rubber like material between the sole helps cushion my feet as I press down when walking for long periods due to my work.

Sorry, but these shoes were very uncomfortable the first two days, but today these are VERY comfortable shoes. I am so glad I got these; and I am so glad I didn’t give up on them; I kept wearing them; because now they are a VERY, VERY comfortable pair of shoes. Thank you…

Great shoes! Super comfortable!! I’ve struggled with foot pain from other shoes…, but not anymore!!

I bought my first pair of this type of Dr. Scholl shoe 10 years ago and loved them. Great to have all leather uppers. The shoes looked great, were comfortable, and lasted a long time. But the second pair I bought, though very similar in design, were of much poorer quality. The soles of both shoes began splitting apart and eventually even pieces of the sole fell off. Rain water actually leaked into these shoes and soaked my feet. Now that I see that the newly designed soles are overly large for the shoe itself (“clown-like” as another reviewer mentioned), I am not the least bit interested in risking another purchase.

I purchased these shoes for my husband to wear for work. This is the 3rd pair he has had. He LOVES these shoes. He is on his feet a lot and walks all over the campus of the Technical College where he works. The majority of the floor surface he walks on is concrete. These shoes provide extra support and cushioning in all the right places which help him to keep going, day in and day out.

Most comfortable work shoes I have owned. The run a bit loose in the toe box, but the are just so comfortable I gave barely noticed.
Milton –
Comfortable and slip resistant, even when I’m 14 hours on my feet on a greasy floor. They’re also wide enough for my feet, and I always have problems finding shoes wide enough. So glad I gave these a shot… Nothing else was working.
Donald J –
The most comfortable shoe I ever purchased. When I was still employed I would wear these shoes for those 12 hour shifts and they always kept my feet feeling fine.

I wore a pair of Dr Scholl’s shoes almost daily for 10-15 years until I wore them out. I ordered this pair of slip one knowing the quality of the shoes. Ordering was simple, delivery was timely, and I am very satisfied with my new shoes.

These are the only work shoes I’ve used since I bought my first pair 4 years ago. They are comfortable and durable, and the leather construction is perfect for use in a busy commercial kitchen. They conform to all of the safety requirements my school district requires for nutrition services staff.

Consistently good, been thru many pair for work and always good.
Sadz –
I have purchased these annually for the last 12 years after I discovered them at DSW. They are perfect for the OR because they are extremely comfortable and do not slip on wet floors. They are also very resistant to stains. My only complaint is that is wear them out usually by the end of every year. As long as these keep being produced, I will never buy another work shoe.
