These run big. I ordered a 10, which I am usually a solid 10. These are a bit big and seem to flop on the heel, although i have only worn them around my house so far. But if I had gone down to 9.5 then I wonder if it would’ve caused blisters in the heel because they aren’t super soft there. Dress shoes are so hard to order online…
